24 Hour Cancellations

We value your time and our commitment to providing you with the best possible service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to other clients in need of services.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of $50.

  • No-shows or failure to notify you will not be attending will result in the full session price being charged.

How to Cancel:

  • Please contact Carly at (808) 300-6735 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • We will confirm your cancellation and, if necessary, reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrival

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes delays happen. However, to ensure that we can provide all of our clients with the best experience possible, we ask that you are 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment (parking can be scarce).

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
