I've been immersed in the art of massage since graduating from Wellness WORx in Bozeman, MT, back in 2016. My journey into massage therapy began at a tender age when I endured a spinal fracture at 16. Struggling with daily pain, I found solace and healing through massage. This transformative experience ignited a deep passion within me to help others in their quest for health and wellness.
In 2019, I embarked on a new chapter of my life, trading the mainland for the enchanting shores of the Big Island of Hawaii. It was a leap of faith that has enriched my practice and my life beyond measure. Nestled in the vibrant community of Kona, I've taken the leap to establish my own practice, driven by a desire to offer healing and balance to those around me.
My approach to massage is rooted in creating a sanctuary of safety and nurturing. I believe in the profound power of gentle touch and guidance to unravel the stresses that burden our bodies and minds. Drawing from a diverse array of modalities including Swedish, sports therapy, Lomilomi, and myofascial release, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.

When I'm not engaged in massage therapy, you'll often find me immersing myself in ocean activities, such as fishing for dinner or training for my next jiu-jitsu competition. Additionally, I cherish the moments spent with my rescue dog, whether we're playing fetch on the beach or enjoying quiet moments at home together. These pursuits outside of my professional life contribute to my overall well-being and bring balance to my daily routine.
